As a man who has put more rounds through rimfire pistols than most, 22Plinkster gives his two-cents on how the Smith Victory stacks up next to the new Ruger Mark IV.
Both companies have been around for a long time in the semi-auto .22LR handgun market– with S&W dating back to the original Model 41 days and Bill Ruger’s first production gun being the Standard which is the Mark IV’s grandpa.
However, each have their own pluses and minuses, as 22Plinkster points out.
