I caught this on the 11th of November 2016.

Here is the original video with a comparison of water on the lens of these cameras.
In this video you can see that water drops distort EVERYTHING behind it yet you can clearly see one of those orbs inside a water drop and it is not distorted!
Also in this recording there were moments where the rain was falling pretty heavy and no water was on the camera lens…
