The health care program, the system is not your savior. Sonia Barrett discusses the the idea of health care as subscribed to by many. She shares that self care is the true health care. She says that people have wandered far away from the responsibility of truly caring for their health and a deep sense. They have lost sight of the body’s ability to heal on the right conditions. Sonia also raises questions of a society programmed for illness and therefore depend on having health care as there go to in caring for their bodies.
