Take this for what it’s worth. The Secretary of State, generally recognized as the 4th in Command should anything happen to the President or Vice President, will NOT be anywhere near any populated areas of the world on Election Day. Some will say this is just a mere coincidence of travel dates. Listening to this briefing, one could easily make the argument that it is a deliberate move by the Executive Branch to maintain control should anything happen between now, and Election Day, and the days following.

1 Vice President Joe Biden (D)
2 Speaker of the House of Representatives Paul Ryan (R)
3 President pro tempore of the Senate Orrin Hatch (R)
4 Secretary of State John Kerry (D)
