If the tarot cards indicate this (on the internet, no less) then it must be TRUE. I mean everything else in BINNERLAND is true so why not this???

The EU and NATO both consist of 28 member nations. Perhaps it might relate to that, meaning some of the present nations might withdraw from either the EU or NATO.
I had a look at the meanings of the cards, the common themes that emerge are change and a financial upswing.
