A Plea For Help

Who would have thought at 70-years of age, after working so hard throughout my lifetime; I’d find myself homeless, physically impaired and alone, cut off from all normal living “as if” I’ve never existed? Yet, here I am surviving in a cheap motel room, with my three cats praying that something good will happen to save the day!
After 15.5 years renting that townhouse and religiously paying the ever-increasing high rent even when my income was reduced to a meager social security check! I was forced to move because of mold.
There’s no way to again find money to cover the cost of another move.
I’ve come to find, even senior housing is above my means and although I paid into the system for 45-working-years I’m not eligible for govn’t assistance, yet, illegals and those that have never paid into the system gain housing, food, and financial aide — even free cell phones! Go figure!
At 70, with two bad knees requiring knee replacement surgeries, and a bad back, also, requiring surgery — I’m no longer able to acquire work because of these physical conditions and their limitations!
So I’m stuck, seeking out the cheapest motels, experiencing dirty conditions at times, my car being sideswiped without anyone’s acknowledgment of what they’d done, and the endless lifting, carrying and moving dictated by motel rules!
I’m scared and out of money, Ken may God Bless you and thank you for being my friend and caring!
If you can, please help my friend Deena. I’m personally not going to buy two Christmas present until next month so I can help her now, but not much. After RV I can help with the move but until then it will have to be the Motel. Any amount will help. She is a good soul. Her and her 3 cats need help.
