Breaking: Donald Trump Just Put His First Executive Order in Writing and Obama Is Furious!
Donald Trump has done what no other president-elect in history has done before: He has written his first executive order, dated it for the day he is inaugurated and placed it in a folder he carries with him ready to sign as soon as he’s finished taking the oath of office. The text, released just minutes ago, is said to have sent Obama into a little temper tantrum, slamming doors and knocking things off of the Resolute Desk.
After extensive research, Trump’s team figured out that the easiest way to rescind President Obama’s orders. What they’ve discovered is that Obama’s entire eight years can be erased with a single order that reads as follows:
All orders from the executive office dated from January 20th, 2009 through January 19th, 2017 are hereby null and void, regardless and in spite of the consequences or hardships inflicted on the American people.
That’s right, patriots. Whether it be protection of lands from environmental disaster, increases in benefits or salaries for executive branch workers, declarations for disasters and federal funds or amnesty for children who have lived here their whole lives because their parents broke the law and came here illegally, Obama’s entire tenure will just go buh bye.
It’s estimated that millions of people will need to scatter across the country to avoid prosecution for being brown in Trump’s America. It has of course been nearly a half of a lifetime ago that I attended college so admittedly my memory is a bit foggy on the issue, however so if my memory serves me correctly you may have confused two separate things.
An executive order is a declaration by the sitting president announcing his or her interpretation of legislation, giving direction to subordinate staff in regard to their preference on how such law or policy is to be recognized or pursued. The declaration itself can be either passive or aggressive in nature. The president thereby choosing the path the administration will take concerning particular law. Executive orders have no constitutional bases whatsoever and can be totally ignored or removed at the whim of the following president. An executive order carries absolutely no weight of law. None!
What you made reference to with the sixty days I believe refers to written in amendments or other entries into the federal register. Anything that remains unchallenged in the register for a period exceeding ninety days (not sixty) carries the same weight as law. Two totally different ballgames!

Last I heard he is putting together a list of executive orders by Obama to negate. There are a few that might work in Trumps favor he might decide worth keeping. Everything I’ve ever read about the guy “Trump” says he reads everything and takes no action until he has a good sense of all the options taken to date and all the productive reasonable actions that can be taken in the future to affect a win win situation moving forward.

At the end of this Trump administration, we need to pass a federal law that executive orders can only be used to support already existing legislation, and not to exceed the scope of already existing law. We should also include a little clause that says executive orders cannot be used to bypass Congress or the Constitution in any way shape or form, including using federal agencies.
Now if we really want to do this right, we should include another clause that Congress can rescind any executive order that violates this law. That way we don’t have to wait a yr & clog up the SCOTUS agenda with bullshit.
