Fred Maxwell for Western Journalism reports, Despite being hospitalized last month for exhaustion, rapper Kanye West was seen Tuesday at Trump Tower. West said he was there to meet with President-elect Donald Trump to discuss certain “multi-cultural issues” such as bullying and violence in Chicago, West’s hometown. While neither man would reveal the exact issues that were discussed, West issued several tweets.
