Even though the Welshman is very annoying, I’d like to know (in the second video), why is the van parked in the place it is?
Anyone that’s driving and coming along behind the van, had to cross over into the on coming traffic/lane to get around the van. A very dangerous situation, indeed.
Where’s the ‘safety’ in that? It’s putting drivers in all kind of danger.
But then, if anyone had a head-on crash, then the police could charge the person over on the wrong side, with a traffic infringement. Good thinking.
