He came to correct the teachings of the old testament and not to tell you to go back to those demonic teachings. The less you quote from the old testament, the better favor you are doing to Jesus.
The Gospels are full of examples of Jesus quoting from the Old Testament/Covenant!
And Christ (repeatedly) said that His followers are to be those that keep the Commandments.
