The Trial will be before 3 Judges and is Open To The Public !
If you’ll remember, the Attorney General’s Office asked for a
dismissal of Rod’s intent for a Trial before the Industrial Commission,
but the Judges ruled against the Attorney General’s Office and
the Trial will be commencing this coming Monday, January 30th !
Rod will try to follow up with a Live Call perhaps that following Friday !
