If you’ve spent some time in the woods, you’ve probably seen a tree mushroom before. These ornate and often multi-colored organisms grow only on living or decomposing trees, and there is a large variety of them in the Earth’s forests.
But did you know that many of these are superfoods?
In today’s video, I am joined by special guest Tero Isokauppila, a Finnish wildcrafter who is on a mission to bring medicinal mushrooms to the world.
