Unless you are challenged in English there is no threat in that statement. It’s just shock talk, which Madonna has always done on all subjects. How many movies have come out where the white house and capitol where blown up or destroyed in some way. The TV show Designated Survivor is based on the capitol getting blown up with all the leaders in it. Obviously the writers of those shows and movies also THOUGHT of the white house or capitol being blown up and in detail, and essential planned out exactly how it would happen. Thoughts, are not crimes. Admitting to a thought is not a crime. So it doesn’t matter if it was a metaphor or not (which is how I took it without anyone needing to tell me)she committed no crime.
