A MUST read for all people – Total Global Biometric Enrollment

I started out over a decade ago warning people about the threat mandated biometrics presents to all people.  At the time very few entities, government or otherwise were collecting the biometrics of people outside of correctional institutions.  Mandated biometric enrollment was not a consideration.  People scoffed at me, telling me global biometric enrollment would not happen.  Many people said there are people in remote areas of the world where there is no electricity or running water this these people could not be enrolled into a global biometric identity scheme.  Once you have read this document click on the link at the bottom of this document and ask yourself if you believe total biometric enrollment is now something to scoff at.  Keep in mind that in the most remote places in India where there is no electricity or running water, people are now are being enrolled into a global system of identification and financial control.  Mobile biometric enrollment stations are reaching every corner of India.

For the people who have read the post that appeared on many FaceBook groups, there are additions in this document.

 

It is noteworthy that the article (provided by the link at the bottom of this document) is talking about national ID e-cards. Real ID is not yet a national ID card but will be when all states are compliant. The United States does not have a national ID card yet but we do have a national ID system (government databases holding Personal Identifiable Information (PII) including biometrics). If the number is 1/2 of the countries (as article from industry experts claim) will have a national ID e-cards, the number of people that have their biometrics in a country's government controlled databases will be significantly higher by 2018. Also, many corporations will have the biometrics of people who do not have a national ID e-card, or their biometrics in government databases. Eventually, what biometrics that is in corporate databases will be in government databases (see Robert Mocny's quote further down – Mocny is the current Director of DHS's biometric program)

 

I want to be clear about my use of the word “national.”  The fact is countries are using the same international standards for biometric collection, retention and sharing thus making this global system of identification and financial control truly international.

 

Biometrics is the linchpin of a surveillance state. Facial recognition and other biometrics allow for an individual to be identified and tracked in real time using drones, CCTV and smart phones. The “Chilling Effect” of a surveillance state is irrefutable. People are far less likely to participate in the political process when they believe their emails are read, social networking posts are monitored, text messages and phone calls intercepted (use of “Stingray” device) and financial transactions are monitored.

 

God does not need a surveillance state but Satan does. Satan does not have the power that God does.  For Christians who believe they will not be here when the “Mark of the Beast” is realized, consider our responsibility as Christians do not end with just ourselves.  Just as we must preach the Gospel to the whole world, we must warn non-Christians of what is coming.  Biblical prophecy is not something to dismiss but rather in part. to use as a way to show non-believers how dependable the Bible is. 

 

When a person considers just how many people will have their biometrics in databases, I would estimate we are looking at well over 3/4 of the world's population by 2018.  My own estimate is we will have total global biometric enrollment by 2023.  I base this estimate on current enrollment, my own reading of hundreds of “papers” on the issue of the use of biometrics, the role out in India's national ID program (nearly 1/2 of the total 1.2 billion already enrolled), Robert Mocny's (Director of DHS's biometric program) statement about “all countries will eventually” [sic - have a national ID program], and the ability of corporations to do at times what government cannot. Banking, computers and smart phones will account for much of the corporate enrollment.

 

I also believe based on conversations with IT security professionals, well before we get to 2023 there will be a significant breach of a biometric database that will at first be hidden or minimized by corporations and governments. This will culminate in a wider use and/or acceptance of “chipping” people.  Also well before 2023, the “bad guys” will have picked nearly all the low hanging fruit (PII) in corporate and government databases. At this time the bad guys will put a great deal of effort in compromising biometrics. Eventually, the bad guys will succeed which will only expedite the use and acceptance of “chipping.” Biometric templates have already been successfully reverse engineered. Once this compromising of biometric databases occurs, the identification process will be moved from the identification document to directly on or in the body.  Your body is your ID.  Currently there are RFID chips, RFID skin patches, and RFID tattoos.  With RFID tattoos, the information that would normally be stored in the RFID chip or skin patch is stored in the ink of the tattoo. 

 

Eight years is not a long time.

 

Once what I have said will happen does in fact happen, there will be far fewer if any actual representative forms of government in the world with a significant move towards global governance. Countries will still exist but the influence of any individual on government policies will be nearly or totally nonexistent. 

 

I want to end this document with two quotes that most of the Constitutional Alliances readers should be familiar with.

 

1)  Robert Mocny, who is now the Director of DHS's biometric program:

“We're starting the process of biometrifying a good proportion of the world population.”  Robert Mocny also stated that “information sharing is appropriate around the world, and DHS plans to create a “Global Security Envelope of internationally shared biometric data that would permanently link individuals with biometric ID, personal information held by governments and corporations.”

 

2)  Julian Ashborne speaking as the head of the International Biometrics Foundation:

“We need a global agency, with global power.”
