Adam Savage, the 49-year-old former co-host of the Discovery Channel’s MythBusters and Unchained Reaction, recently shared a One Day Build video of a Nerf gun modification.
Savage said he took the toy apart to make some “functional and aesthetic improvements” before putting it back together again. The end result no longer resembles a child’s toy and is nothing short of awesome.
The mod wasn’t just for fun, either. As it turns out, the ultra-modified Nerf gun was actually a secret Santa gift for one very unsuspecting fan.
