Here’s today’s updates from day 3 in Federal Court in Las Vegas, Nevada for the 3T Defendants in the Bunkerville case. John Lamb gives his update from his day as an in court observer and the still not released Joshua Martinez. Skipper gives updates from throughout the day with various court observers describing the events of the day.
Todd Engel, who is defending himself, gave the most emotional opening statement. More than one court observer reported seeing tears in the jurrors’ eyes. Facial tissue reconnaissance had to be implemented and assistance rendered to the affected jurors.
