” Lawyer ” Tommy G. Thompson in Direct Violation of the 13th Amendment [ American Constitution ] authorized the lawless rendition/kidnapping of United Nations Registration, Somalia Ambassador Leo E Wanta [ Diplomatic Passports No. 04362, 12535 ] as to : – State of Wisconsin’s False Allegations for Failure to pay a Non-Residency Civil Income Tax Assessment [ has confirmed and unaudited / unauthorized by Wisconsin Department of Revenue in their Dane County / County of Dane Court 1993 Testimony ] of USDollars 14,129.00; totally ignoring that this unaudited civil non-residency tax assessment was actually PAID in FULL and clearly CASHED by Department of Revenue, Cheque No. 6992, Dated : June, 1992 for US$14,129.00.
