These rare photos reveal what the present is hiding from us: mysterious entrances into the world’s largest and oldest statue, the Great Sphinx of Giza.
ROFL…Ok I’ve been there. That picture doesn’t even show the paws that are about another 20 feet down from where that little Arab is popping his head out of that hole. The paws are at ground level and there is nothing under that Sphinx but more sand and water.
