Need to change the rules for all Gov’t employees. If they refuse to do the job effectively for which they are paid, they should be fired AND without pay – except maybe two weeks. Alternatively, maybe offered a lower rated and paid position, if one is available but even that, only let’s say no more than three times. “Three strikes, you’re out!”
