Tells Jim Acosta , CNN, “where did you get you intelligence, you have none,”! Spicer tells Jonathan Karl ABC News “I’m trying to answer your question if you can calm down”! Spicer then quoted what Judge Napolitano said concerning Obama bypassing the CIA, NSA, NSA, and DOJ, by going thru the British intelligence so that there would be no fingerprints. See my last video.
