The American public upon looking at the bigger picture of this wire tapping will be looking for an arrest and trial of those who authorized the wire tap. Why … because if governments appointee’s in official positions can tap another American on the grounds there might be some potential of wrong doing, with no supporting evidence, then our constitution is null and void and we have no expectations having any rights that were afforded under it. We might as well rename the country and learn Chinese.
