President Trump rose to political office by stirring conflict. Asked to justify his claim that Americans are not bothered by his highly irregular stunts, refusal to release his tax returns, dishonest tweets, and other drastic measures, Trump replied simply: “I won.” Regardless of how he won, he is, in fact, the president, so why is Trump still in campaign mode?
It was his “in your face” style and anti-establishment sentiment that drew many of his keenest supporters.
