INDIANAPOLIS — A gas station clerk who shot and killed a robbery suspect on Indy's south side earlier this month will not face charges, according to the Marion County Prosecutor's Office.
Prosecutors announced their decision Friday afternoon after completing their review of the March 7 shooting.In a brief statement, the prosecutor's office said it had determined the clerk acted in self-defense under Indiana law.
