HORRIFIC torture this innocent cat endured. Donations for the capture of the barbarian who did this. A VERY deranged person did this and needs to be behind bars. At MINIMUM!

KSL Newsradio’s Jeff Caplan goes in depth with someone from the Utah Humane Society on the crime of animal cruelty. A reward has been built up to $28,000 for finding someone guilty of torturing a cat. The public has not been happy and unfortunately, the cat passed away from the injuries.
