August is a month of crossroads, choices and adjustments with this forecast. It promises to be far less disruptive than the first half of the year, and far more fun, too. The new contours of our universe are settling in, and it’s time to start exploring them.
Your heart remains the most reliable navigational tool. Fittingly, the month begins and ends with milestones in matters dear to the heart, and a big celebration in between.
The exploration launches with relationships, desires and/or financial matters firming up and stabilizing. Optimism runs high, while notions of how much bigger and better they could be pop up in messages, dominate our thinking and inspire going for more.
That deposits you at the first series of crossroads. Some lead to self-awareness and connection to spirit, others to escapism, cellular programming and primal terrors. You (and your heart) know which paths you’d benefit from exploring now. Don’t like the terrain? You’re not trapped. “Change your thinking; change your life” isn’t just a slogan; it’s the cosmic current around the 8th. If all else fails, push on any wall in your way. It may well budge. And look for the big picture and overarching philosophical implications with the Aquarius Full Moon on the 10th.
The month’s opening themes-relationships, desires and/or financial matters–heat up when their ruler Venus moves into Leo on the 12th. So does the fun. After the goddess of love takes on that regal fire, social interactions blossom into warmth, playfulness and drama. They could quickly flare into reality TV territory, but just as easily ascend into heaven-on-earth levels of open-heartedness; your choice. Mercury’s move into Virgo on the 15th encourages discernment amid the showy potential, while keeping conversations flowing for the rest of the month.
