Improve Your Intuition with Your Sun and Moon

While we are all intuitive beings, some individuals are naturally better at it than others. For the rest of us, we often gravitate toward mediums like astrology and numerology to help channel our abilities. With a little help from astrology, you can figure out how best to channel your intuition by paying attention to your Sun and Moon signs.
The water signs Cancer, Scorpio and Pisces are the signs that are most easily linked to intuition in general. These signs are more sensitive to the energies around us, so they find it easier to tap into the subtle intuitive vibrations. Pisces is especially tied to intuition, ruling intuition itself and is the sign most in tune with the Universe. If you have your Sun or Moon in a water sign, you may find that you’re more naturally intuitive than the average person. Water signs rule emotions, so you typically tap into your intuition when your emotions are heightened. The more you feel in your heart, the more you feel the Universe.
However, if your Sun or Moon isn’t in a water sign it doesn’t mean that you lack intuitive ability. We all have it, but this ability may require a little bit of help using it. Practices like astrology, numerology, tarot or runes offer the rest of us the chance to channel our intuitive energy just as well as a water sign.
The fire signs of Aries, Leo and Sagittarius benefit from physical disciplines like yoga. Almost any physical activity can be used to channel your fiery energy though if you do it with clear intent and purpose. While engaging in a physical activity, focus on using the movement to clear your mind and center yourself. When you do that, you can feel the energy of the Universe.
As for specific practices, astrology is ruled by the sign of Aquarius. Aquarius loves to look far into the future, which astrology allows you to do. Aquarius has an insatiable appetite for learning, and astrology offers a seemingly endless supply of knowledge to grasp. Aquarius is also interested in science, but wants to look at it in a different way, which can be satisfied with astrology.
