Memory is notoriously poor, that’s why witnesses to crimes are not entirely reliable. Seems odd right? “Seeing is believing” is not actually true. I either remember things the way you presented them in their current state, or I just didn’t remember. I can’t say I remembered any of them differently. Maybe I’ve always been in this timeline. Here’s the explanation: Our entire world is a virtual matrix, a computer simulation that we create with our minds. Um, all these examples are easily explained by the fact that they’re words people say a certain way even though they’re spelled another.
The JCPenney for example. You never think about it. It’s a name you’ve heard your entire life. You THINK penny, so when someone points out how it’s spelled, it makes you think it’s weird. But no, JCPenny doesn’t look right. Because even if you never thought of it, it’s always been JCPenney.
It’s also knda like how you can read a sentnce even if it’s mssing lettrs, and you mght not even notce.
