It took a minute to find because most of the old vw’s have had the logo replaced with newer ones.
I was just reading about this and someone was claiming that these changes were only taking place in english speaking nations.
I am starting to believe that this is all being done on purpose in order to promote the idea of a multiverse or simulation.
Sometimes logos just change and sometimes people just remember things wrongly but anyone who claims that c3po had one silver leg is either a liar or insane.
You are missing the entire premise of the Mandella effect. If your consciousness has shifted to another reality, you remember how things were in your former reality. One cannot pull out an old picture, or old catalogue and verify how you remember things. The way things are in your present reality are the way they have always been in the present reality. The way things are in your memory are the way thing were, and are in the reality you have left.
I am not saying it is, or isn’t true, but saying you looked at an old picture, movie, etc, and using that as proof it has never been the way somebody remembers it, misses the point.

You are correct in the notion that, your assumptions of specific instances when you were younger were mistaken.
As for the Lord’s Prayer, you remember the passage saying ‘forgive us our trespasses’ being from a Catholic background.
As a protestant, I had never heard it spoken in that manner until I heard it once in a Catholic church. You were, again, ignorant of the fact that is was spoken any differently outside of the Catholic church.
In this day of Google and instant fact resolution, you have come to the realization that you were (are) more ignorant then you thought. Nothing more.

The so called Mandela Effect is quite simple to explain but not to understand. We in this dimension are constantly, without realizing it, slipping back and forth into a parallel dimension, an almost but not quite duplicate of our dimension. This slippage could happen many times a day or many times a minute for all I know.
Were you ever working in your shop and lay down your pencil, turn for an instant and then turn back for your pencil and it wasn’t there. You look high and low for it to no avail, you give up. then a short time later, you look and your pencil is right there where you left it, what happened? You slipped into that parallel dimension a dimension where you weren’t using a pencil, hence it wasn’t there but when you slipped back, poof there is was.
I believe the Mandela Effect is that slippage between dimensions. Now if you think that that is strange, who or what is your reflection in a mirror! Think of the refection as another being watching you through a glass window. You raise your right arm but the reflection doesn’t, he raises his left arm, why is it reversed. I think there is a lot more to mirrors and reflections that we are not seeing. Is that reflection just your twin from the next dimension, if so he is probably just as confused as you are.
