Supermoon WARNING: Moon with huge tidal waves and EARTHQUAKES

Supermoon WARNING: Moon could wipe out coasts with huge tidal waves and EARTHQUAKES THE biggest supermoon since 1948 could spark monster tidal waves which could devastate low-lying nations across the globe, conspiracy theorists have warned.

Tonight will bring the biggest supermoon in almost 70 years and with it a strong gravitational pull that could lead to earthquakes and tidal waves. There has already been a spate of seismic activity across the globe, with tremors recorded in the Dominican Republic, Philippines, Argentina and the most powerful in New Zealand.

However, it is feared the worst is yet to come with the moon set to be just 221,541 miles from Earth. The average distance is 238,900 miles, which means the lunar satellite’s gravitational pull could tug on the Earth, leading to tidal waves and earthquakes.
