Today’s forecast: partly cloudy and breezy here in my part of Colorado, with highs in the low-to-mid 80s.
And the GOP will never become a viable party for classical liberals, because too many Republicans and putative “conservatives” have already surrendered to the progressives — and they either don’t know it, are too proud to admit it, or are able to justify it based on some always-pressing short term crisis that forces them, against their will, to temporarily bracket their principles.
Also, light humidity, with the allergy index pinned on “high.”
