I just found a great site in Runner’s World Magazine, great advice about running form, foods to fuel runs and of course….yoga for runners. Check it out if your legs give you issues during or after runs, most likely it is due to tight hamstrings, quadriceps, IT bands, hips etc. This is a great list of poses as well as poses to strengthen the same muscles to help prevent injury.
On the same note, I have been loving everything about the website MindBodyGreen. Have you checked this out yet? Great info on recipes, interviews, and all things health and wellness. LOVE IT!
Last one, if you haven’t heard about Bodyrock go look at it right now! The at home workout movement in 12 minutes a day. I have been bodyrocking since Feb and am now addicted to it. I love the way it makes me feel and I love the results. I have lost all of the baby weight plus some and seeing definition where I’ve never seen before:) Super motivating!
