Communists run out of Russia infiltrated power structure of USA, EU and Israel, and their spheres of influence, co ordinating all their attempts to destroy Russia, as well as the countries they (the communists) now occupy.
There was always a communist power in position of influence in these new host countries. It just became more powerful and more consolidated after they were driven out of their previous host countries with the fall of the Russian Communist Empire.
They were always the product of Western Banking families, who co ordinated the entire communist system to begin with.
Russia and China know this.
When parasites become too powerful they destroy the host.

He is possibly not even human.
No more so than the other clones they have running around in black.
