A state court refused to deny class action status for a lawsuit.  The lawsuit accccccuses the bank of selectively posting checks to increase overdraft fees.  Old National Bank has been accused of posting debit card andATM transitions in order to increase overdraft fees..  A lawyer for the consumers accused the bank of pulling out the stops in its attempt to delay the case. 

 

 

ONB is one of the largest banks in the midwest..
