  • You do realize that H.R.3200 is officially obsolete right? The correct bill number is H.R. 3590(The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act), the one signed into law by Obama on March 23, 2010.

This bill DOES NOT include a section 2521, further more the bill is only 906 pages long, so it would be impossible to go to page 1001.

And FOR GODS SAKE, IT’S RFID!!!! NOT RIFD!!!

In lieu of those facts, please read the passed bill and its amendments to show us where an RFID chip is mentioned. However, in NO WAY WHATSOEVER am I defending this god forsaken piece of supposed “legislation”. H.R. 3590 has a very high chance of destroying what little healthcare freedoms we have left and enslaving us all to the government by yet another means.

@ Anonymous.. Though you are right about H.R. 3590 (or is it H.R. 3690) H.R. 3200 shows Obama’s intentions straight away.

BTW, Just because some bills are signed into law it does not mean that the legislation of the previous proposed ones are automatically made void. THEY ARE NOT. SOME ARE STILL VALID, based on the writing of the bill passed.

Often times it is worded differently in a more obscure and general manner, but in effect can still carry out the same proposal of the original law proposed.
