Reversing Problematic Events By Working With CREATION
part 3 in a series
Imagination as a creative medium is healthy and life can be quite wholesome indeed. These pictures are the imaginings which each holds in their imaginations that eventually bare fruit. Pictures which an spiritual adept can see if they choose to view the subtle fields around a human life form.
If pictures entertained are negative the imaginer can bring hades closer to self experience.Eventuating scenarios played out within to bell tolling without. Creative essence that breaths life into rather airy beginnings initially and do not appear that substantial.
The critical junction though is when it gets to the point that we out create ourselves. Imagining misused against our own best interests. Acting out so intensely that inner switches are set forward in motion which pinwheel events exasperating radically. Personal life then can go on automatic influencing eventual total self destruction Creative source as rational self has to do something or suffer a fall from grace.
Important is the process of reflection every day in which the subject detaches themselves from their personal life so as to observe the components and variables that make events happen circumstantially. Meditation, contemplation, prayer; or just a calming session in which a subject does simple breathing to ease the mind and view things from an overview.
TECHNIQUE ALTERING SUPPOSEDLY FIXED CIRCUMSTANCES
Loosen your clothing and make sure your undergarments are not restrictive.If they are remove them for the time being or adjust accordingly. Now just breath naturally and deeply from your abdomen on a one two three count. Then hold for one two three count your breathe. Attempt to graduate to a count of breathing deeply six times then holding for 6 seconds. Do not forcefully hold your breath.Hold it easily and do not push. Just breath naturally as though no technique is being used.
Now throw the mind blank. To do this count backwards from the last action or thing you did recently all the way to the beginning of your day. As you do this look at all events of the day you have participated in singularly or with others from the last action you did recently all the way to the first action you did at the beginning of your day. View each sequence of your day feeling and seeing by imagination all of these steps that have made up your day.
Take the most stress inducing event or imagining you have experienced this day and make multiple images of it like still PICS. Make a huge long page sheet of this stress inducing experience or images which you are most attached to.
Scenarios or imaginings that seem to divert your entire attention to these Images or events exclusively. Making the attention continuously go into replay and reenactment in your imagination. After you have made these sheets 10 times of pic images or replayed that seemingly hypnotizing event sequentially over and over move to the next step.
(OBSERVE THIS POINT CAREFULLY): With extreme abruption withdraw and shift your attention off of these imagination pictures or events suddenly and spontaneously with rapid speed and throw your mind totally blank as a flat empty screen. That means to make multiple images of these pictures and then stop all of a sudden by abruption.
If you are having a problem with this part of the exercise do the following. Instead of throwing the mind blank, place your attention on an event that brought you much happiness. Or any event you identify with strongly by imagination.
In any case you will notice that there is a shift from one concentration imagining to another. After achieving this auxiliary cognitive objective exercise cycle into the main exercise again to throw the mind blank as explained.
From this position as you breath the 3 count breath one two three inhale hold one two three then exhale naturally allowing your breath to ease out of your lungs; move your attention to the bodily location in the pit of your stomach. See from your blank screen yet feel from the pit of your stomach. Just below the sternum to about 3 to 4 inches down or 9 centimeters below the sternum into the soft concentric tissue there.
Without images sense the previous imaginings and events in the pit of your stomach and surround the now invisible phantom images and events with a sense of perception as feeling.
The pics and events become archetypal and higher in vibration genesis chain sequence. Surrounded with energy as feeling emotive factor inundated circumstances and events. Translated as in electronics stepped up images on higher planes of operation. Physics where you may sense constructs as overlays of event causes and sequences as causes.
Finally work with clay and mold events from these forces changing the hurts of the past and inaugurating the future by gradual harmonic or key that forms the strand from origin to play out as event results.
Ancient people used this technique. This is why the ancient Egyptians discard the brain when embalming their dead. Understanding cause as originating in the fluid ocean of serotonin.
Humans having the highest serotonin concentration in the pit of the stomach at about 98%. Linages of lamas and monks of various disciplines use hand gestures to communicate while engineering events in altered states in these realms; when out of mind substance (manas) perceptually.

Each has the option of turning their life around by rooting out CAUSE of personal suffering. Getting on with evolution while living up to full potential by choice. Notice I said choice?
Choice involves freedom to do whatever you will do which is beneficial. Being out of control as effect narrows down options to live a full life. Rooting out cause of dysfunction is returning to basics. Basics empowered by a free will unencumbered from mistakes made by past actions. This is a returning to cause center as a free agent where origination ideation began.
The place where dreams are formed from formlessness and eventuate as solidified play outs of events.
