Dear Readers:

I wrote thousands of newsletters since 1991 and this one is made public for a good reason, in fact this may be the most important article I will ever write, so your attention is truly needed.

On November 6th 2012, the day of the election President Obama’s will be right on top of one of his “Lucky Window Date.” Now while the “Lucky Window Date” endorses him and will stir the elections numbers on his side, the Universal Dragon is totally against him and one of my utmost negative prediction for his assassination broadcasted many times on Coast to Coast am radio with George Noory will increase drastically if he stays in office. The concentration timing for such a terrible fate for our President will be in the months of May, November, August and February 2013.

Remember the human will, or the part of God in each human being is much stronger than the stars, or any dragon for that matter and this is explains why a criminal can be successful escaping justice because, not only the stars do not lie but they take no side. Simply stated they don’t care! They will snap an innocent child if he happens to be at the wrong place at the wrong time, something often called “An Act of God.”

In fact it is a celestial act of the creator that could have been avoided had the soul been informed on the “signs” and only the proper information can help avoid the “accident.” Remember there are no accidents, only subtle cosmic circumstances unknown by science.

The Cosmic Code is impartial and works in harmony with the Supra-conscious in time and space responsible for our personal and universal fate as a whole.

This unseen power is based upon the mass thought collection/projection producing “wishes” to come true (or not) and can easily affect the scale of votes in favor of any candidate. One can not eliminate the unseen forces at work even if science and skeptics alike can not accept or comprehend the principles involved. Looking at the Universal stars pattern President Obama “should” not get reelected but the supra-conscious can not be removed from the equation. Again if he does get re-elected his natal Dragon’s Tail (negative) in Aquarius (shocking news) in time will speak the truth and the value of a terrible “vision.” Obama will not die in peace in his bed, I can guarantee you this reader!

Let’s educate the reader on what’s really going on with Obama UCI or “Unique Celestial Identity” and what really happened to America last four years.

America “July 4th 1776″ is a Cancer country and shares the same EXACT Dragon that elected President Obama. The main reason why America is rich, powerful and famous is because this Dragon (or celestial energy/dark matter for scientists) is located in the US second house of money into the sigh of Leo (the King.)

Thus in the realm of the Supra-conscious ALL Americans are under the power of Cancer, home family, food, apple pie, baseball, religions and also under the royal powerful commanding energy of its Leo Dragon. This is why the rest of the world is jealous of such a cosmic blessed country because young souls are envious and will always resent someone who has reached a higher and successful position in life. Thus to the eyes of the world, the Middle East and even Europe, America the Great was set by God himself to shine, to be wealthy, to lead and to be famous, period! Not that they will ever be able to learn about it though….

Now President Obama could really lead this country to even more fame, more power and more fortune IF he was cosmic conscious and follow his natal Dragon’s Head (growth/protection) in Leo (commandant in Chief) and lead us into the energetic Leo vibrational values of this great country. This mean capitalism, superiority, power, and strength and NOT use the leonine qualities personally through egotistical behaviors! We all know modesty does not belongs to Leo and ego is part of their shortcomings leading to their downfall.

Instead President Obama chose to lead this great country using his karmic, altruistic, humanitarian Aquarius Dragon’s Tail and this misfortune can only bring serious troubles not only for the USA and the world at large but for himself too. In fact dealing with your Dragon’s Tail, regardless of the time, money and education invested, can and will KILL you in time or the sad “vision” I have if he does not bring more awareness to his cosmic fate.

Steve Irwin and Princess Diana (God bless their souls) were both born with such an explosive Dragon and both ended their lives shockingly and violently. Princess Diana choose her Aquarius rebellious freedom oriented self while she was thrown to the throne of England by marrying Prince Charles. Dealing with her tail cost her life as she was cleverly and secretively “disposed” by her Scorpius revengeful deadly Scorpius husband.

In fact since birth, its seems President Obama followed the pull of his Aquarius humanitarian Dragon’s Tail and unknowingly brought America to her knees…But who can blame someone who sees the manipulation of all the supremely wealthy people and try to reach into their pocket to pay their fair share? Typical Aquarius honorable sense of justice. Remember I am loaded with Aquarius energy myself and working overtime to bring that sense of Universal teachings, that sense of spiritual togetherness while explaining anyone’s UCI in relationship to those of others. Gee when I mention my work is for smart people I am also talking about the 00.01 % curious souls able to comprehend such a deep message…

Well this altruistic Aquarius energy is for Gandhi or the Dali Lama somehow represents the poor, the destitute, the under class, the karmically cosmic um-blessed following the religion or philosophy of their choices just because their UCI “vibrate” at.

Leo energy is all about the center stage, power, wealth, gold, fame, notoriety giving direction, taking charge, the true leader and the phrase and key words I use for me students to grasp this sunny energy are…

During the day, all the planets shy’s away, only the Sun shine! the Sun or Leo mean Light and SELFISH LOVE while Aquarius rules the opposite energy of Leo or the servants, humanitarianism, the working class, the power of the mass over the rulers and UNIVERSAL LOVE.

Aquarius rules also freedom, WE the people, revolutions, the insecure mass and this President is a different type of caring King and not agreeing with the Universal rules because of his cosmic ignorance. Stated simply he does not act or feel like a true Leo in a country that demands and need a true intrinsic Leo energy because America is at the core a CAPITALIST country!

In fact, you like it or not, know it or not the very rich in power (LEO) who founded America had SLAVES (Aquarius) and represents the worse of an abusive Leo energy.

Thus President Obama lack understand at least at a subconscious level because of his Black American genes the meaning of abuses, fairness and even abuses. But depraved of Cosmic Consciousness he can not perceive the country Leonine qualities and he is “unknowingly” bringing it down. America’s image has been tainted, her strengths and power diminished to the face of the world and her world position and authority challenged. A true born King, respect but does not revere other Kings and a true King power has always been directed to control his subjects. Very rare is the King that sit at the table of his servants…

Incidentally France is also Leo country and depict the long “love/hate story” we share as nations and nothing can be more true when the French finally cut the abusive heads of King Louis the 16th and Queen Mary Antoinette and burned “La Bastille” down. On this day, the energetic “freedom oriented, equality, fraternity, liberty or the Aquarius principle was established leading the country and the French into a nightmare of abuses. The Fate of France Tax Payers The right to own guns were the first thing to disappear giving more controlling power to the government forcing submission and dependency.

Now as you know I am French, I can not vote but all I can do is to make the American population aware of the Cosmic Code jurisdictions and help you to make your own votes. My mission is to free humanity from fears and ignorance and help you make the right decision for the fate of this great country I now call HOME! I left France at the age of 20 because I knew I had a dream that could only be realized in the US. I left my village with nothing, lived in England for many years then moved to the US in 1984. Since them while I am financially, emotionally and spiritually secure, I saw yet another of my predictions (911) to take place and wrote about it a year earlier.

When I saw those two towers going down I knew America was seriously wounded and since then we all went into a spiral of troubles. Since then millions lost their jobs, homes and their sense of Security… Politicians are battling to death to prove to you and themselves they are better than their competitors but ALL are unconscious of the cosmic forces above sealing their and our destinies.

All I can do is to warn people and make them aware of hos God speaks to his children through his celestial design and those who should heed the signs are not doing so because NO ONE taught them. All I can tell you, blaming any President for his “performances” is not the right answer because EACH President inheritable the stage of fame and power as commandant in Chief but also a Universal “Dragon” and a karmic set of stars and signs they are not reading and heeding.

I do not want America to turn like France or Europe, in fact those countries are all directly connected with the pain and suffering of America and once the “Freedom Towers” becomes operational it will mark the end of America’s bad luck and the start of a new hope for this country. Then her cosmic right will be re-established back where it belong, on top of the world.

It is very difficult for me to expose Obama’s karmic stars and not hurt his supporters, yes the truth hurt. His natal unfulfilled Leo Dragon Head and the chances of being victimized by his karmic Dragon Tail is a very strong possibility because his heart is somehow pure and dedicated to the underprivileged. But the stars do not care, if you do not move with the right US chart and its karmic celestial energy, its purpose to lead the world and stand strong apart in the world, the consequences will be horrific. Knowing 99.09% of the world is unconscious all I can do is keep exploring and explain what the Cosmic Code is all about and how it affects Presidents, countries and WE the people under their commands.
