UFO Over Bucharest Parliament
A snapshot posted online by amateur photographer Cosmin Garlesteanu has sparked debates among Internet users as it shows what some interpret as a UFO over the Romanian Parliament House in Bucharest.
Garlesteanur says he made five or six pictures at night on the 4th of February as he was walking home from work. He was amazed by one of them and posted it on the Internet. Debate over the snapshot began immediately. Some think it is a trick of light while others think it is an alien space craft.
In Romanian Bucharest is known as București and UFO is OZN. Garlesteanu’s photo was preceded by a number of UFO sightings in Janaury of 2013 over Bucharest.
UFO researcher Stephen Hannard of ADGUK notes that the UFO shot is “eerily similar to a scene from the blockbuster film Independence Day, an unidentified flying object hovers over the Palace of the Parliament in Bucharest.”
The man who took the photograph of the flying saucer in Romania’s capital has spoken of his shock at his brief encounter.
Cosmin Garlesteanu described getting a strange feeling while taking a picture of the imposing government building, and was stunned when he looked back at his snap to see a strange green and blue light beaming down on it.

Garlesteanu says, ‘I saw it when I viewed my picture. I can’t explain it. I showed the picture to my friend and he said it looked like a scene from Independence Day. It was very unexpected.”
According to Garlesteanu in an interview with a Romanian newspaper, “I made five pictures in total, but when I made the last one I had a strange feeling. I looked again and again and I could not believe it. I did not know what the strange light was. I saw it only when I looked at the picture. I cannot explain it. I showed a friend and he said it looks like a scene from Independence Day (the Hollywood blockbuster film features the invasion of Earth by aliens that shows huge ships hovering over capital cities.) He did not expect a light with an odd shape and cannot describe what made it, but it looks like a UFO. I always believed that miracles can happen,”

from what i can tell first of all the picture posted has been altered from the original because the original shows rain drops! yup rain drops and thats what this ufo is, its just light reflecting on raindrops..
