This was already reported to be a publicity stunt and besides, there isn’t any water in that area….
Hmmm… Here is a thought, if this really did happen, of course they would be reported as a publicity stunt. Do you really think they want people to believe that this could conceivably happen. It doesn’t matter if there wasn’t any water. If it was a portal or a rip in time space then it would appear where ever the rip, or the portal appeared. I am not saying that this happened but hey truth is stranger than fiction. Keep an open mind, and question everything. That is true freedom.
Me thinks they’ve forgotten about the Philadelphia experiment.
Still, one must wonder.
I think they have as well, but hey the world has a very short attention span. It is funny cause 99% of the time they say pics or video or it never happened. Well every time someone shows a pic or video it is automatically deemed fake. Just imagine how many real pictures or videos that have now been labeled fake but were in actuality real. Think about it.

Obviously from a movie. If this had been “live” and breaking news you wouldn’t get all of the nice camera cuts back and forth and from various elevations. You only get that from a movie camera on a dolly.
