All I have is the year he was born thus I am extremely limited in this expose, imagine what I could do if I had his full DOB! Note like all Scorpius UCI he is extremely private and kept his DOB away from the public. James was born in 1947 with a Scorpio Dragon’s Tail making him a natural FBI agent. In fact he owns the Scorpius draconis of a natural born KILLER and the OWN scan of his brain proves my claim!
