Phillips testifies that we not only have these extraterrestrial devices, but have also achieved tremendous technological advances from their study.
He states that in the 1950′s and 1960′s, NATO did research into the origin of ET races, and disseminated reports to the leaders of various countries.
He lists a few of the technologies we were able to develop because of ETs: computer chips, lasers, night vision, and bulletproof vests. Mr. Phillips now develops technologies that can help eliminate environmental pollutants and reduce the need for fossil fuels.

Through this treaty other races can’t intervene on our behalf. The truth is these beings were mentioned in the bible as well as other sources. The Roswell crash was a race that tried to warn us.

This subject raises a lot of questions? For example have you ever experienced daja vu?
Hypothetically speaking have you crossed paths with alien visitors? more than one time? notice them ducking, not only physically, but within their minds trying to hide so to speak? Hypothetically, would they seem very awkward, and not be aware, but then realize they been figured out? Hypothetically, if this should happen, they prob already know, anyway, you figured them out.
