Cell phone video captures a strange alien creature descending from the roof of the building in Moscow, Russia. This video is shared on social media, such as a time bomb on the agendafell This video is mirrored from a turkish news website samanyolu haber samanyoluhaber web-tv Source.
The video quality is very poor making it hard to tell if this is a real video or a CGI hoax.

I’m kinda with ya on being fake but if it is fake why would they do such a great job with the CGI but make the video resolution so bad and dark that it’s hard to make out some of it?

I find it interesting how people claim that some image is fake without pointing out (technically) why they think that; just because it’s someting that they couldn’t consider to be real.
If i faked — let’s say — an airplane in the sky, no one would say it’s fake, even if i’m not an expertat it. In addition, when the quality of the video/image is not high, it’s gotta be fake; when it’s high, it is “too good to be true”. That’s how it works.
