(N.Morgan) In the video below, you get a chance to see a first hand view of the effects of HAARP and it “punching” a hole through atmosphere. I have seen HAARP waves, clearly in the clouds before, but in this video they captured HAARP making a hole in the sky!
This was filmed this west of Columbus, Ohio above the City of London, Ohio, on the afternoon of January 20th, 2013.

It would be much more “believable” were this “hole” in the sky in the middle of a dense cloud mass, not on the edge of same.
