“A glowing orb is seen on security cam moving upward and away. This video made it onto the Russian TV news. These orbs are considered to be entities…living beings of energy and usually go without a physical form, but can manifest into any form for a short period of time,” reports Scott Waring, author of UFO Sightings Daily.

The cctv has an ability to see infrared so whatever it is operates in the spectrum below the 700nm that humans see in…infrared cctv uses 850nm and above…very odd.
Bug crawling on lens. Camera unable to focus. Humans watching film too intoxicated or indoctrinated to think analytically.
