More Eerie Mysterious Humming Noises From The Sky: New Orleans (Video)

(N.Morgan) Here’s another report of hearing the intense, odd, humming sounds we’ve heard from Russia to Colorado. This time, it is in New Orleans, LA. One of my theories about this is that it is HAARP frequencies bouncing around the atmosphere.
What are these strange hums and where are they coming from? Within the Earth or from the outside?
Account by David Johnson: I heard this sound at night and it reminded me of the other sounds people are hearing. So I started to record with my phone.
During the video, David points out the difference of what an airplane sounds like and the strange humming noise.

I have hearing problems and can’t hear low tones but my family members have been hearing low humming noises like these in Texas, or at least that’s how they describe them to me.

Since when? You obviously aren’t seeing all those square low-pressure systems on the weather radar, if you believe that. Look at ‘SATELLITE IMAGES” any time, and you can see at least one coming out of the Baja California area, headed Northeast. It’s also what’s causing drought west of Kansas City, KS, because they are redirecting all the moisture to the east coast. The only reason you would send rain and moisture to the east coast would be to saturate a fault area to cause a seismic event – since they keep parking those lows right on top of the MD area coastline, and simultaneously they keep trying to issue FEMA Region 3 alerts, tells me that they are not only planning and preparing for a Region 3 event, but are trying to CONTROL IT to make it happen, as well.

The monitors have been shut down…to conceal the INCREASED levels of HAARP activity being generated on an almost continual basis now…the most intense HAARPING seems to occur in the wee hours of the morning when most people are asleep….between 1:00 and 5:00 a.m

I would seriously suggests (for those who do not ) should begin to study much of the now measurable Quantum Sciences. Start from the bottom and you will soon come to realize pretty much everything is a brain fart in the mind. In other words.. you have been missing out on the real stuff. HAARP was shut down when it failed to demonstrate weapons potential. It was an interesting concept but almost nothing came of it other than: “skip” still being the best way to extend radio signals beyond the horizon.
Skip: it’s an amateur radio (Ham) term and it describes bouncing radio signals off the Ionosphere. Tell us something new for a change why don’t you.

Shall i take it that your only evidence is the patent? Yet only 3% of all patents make money, Hmmm? HAARP isn’t one of the 97% how, exactly?

As put forth by Dr Baht what we are hearing is the earth stretching. At one time the the earth was much smaller with but one land mass. As a child I would look at the world map and say they would all fit together if we had no water. Which is true we had but one land mass. The energies being absorbed coming from space are interacting with the core or mantel of the earth causing the same situation now referred to as the expanding earth theory. This is also why we are seeing a 1,000 % increase in the uptick in both earthquakes and volcanos. According to Dr Baht and his team this will get worse before it get better with a climax between 2017 and 2019 which will, unfortunately resemble the movie 2012.
