(N.Morgan) This fast moving object was captured over Waterford Ireland and appears to be the same sort of object that was flying over Arizona last week. This object certainly is making the rounds around the globe and it causing a stir in the UFO community. What is this craft? Is it military or something else?

I live not to far from Waterford. I can go outside on a nice clear night and within a few minutes I’ll have picked out several fast walkers. They are usually very high though. Never seen one this low before. Cool!
