NASA Mars Curiosity Photographed Violin Knob (Video And Photos)

(N.Morgan) An odd anomaly was captured by Mars rover Curiosity, on board Mastcam on September 18, 2014. It appears to be a violin knob or something similar. Curiosity has captured many odd images and this is one more to add to the collection. Scientists were baffled by this anomaly. Anomaly has all the characteristics to define NOT just a simply rock. What are your thoughts on what this image is?
