(Before It's News)

Why does it seem that the sun is positioned further North when it rises and sets, a change from how it was in other Summers? Also, I wonder why other people have not mentioned noticing this?

  • I am a month and a few days later than the date on this. I have noticed sun shining from the north into a window on the east side of the house in the AM and sun shining into a window from the north on the west side of the house in the PM. But, at about 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM the shadows point North, which means the sun is in the South. That seems to defy the tropic of cancer, tropic of capricorn thing. I think you may be onto something.
