ALL drugs were legalized in Portugal several years ago, and nothing of the sort happened there. This post is ignorant!
You can thank prescription drugs for the bump in heroin ODs. All those who got hooked on Oxy when it was cheap found the only way they could maintain their legal high was through street heroin.
