He doesn’t look evil, yet, his eyes, they do seem not very sparkly, like a baby’s eyes should. Maybe he is just tired…

I feel now only very sorry for this baby, no fear that he is part draco. He is not made like he should be, and will have a very hard life. May IAUE help this poor little guy.
