It can fly through an open window, or it can attach to your clothing until you take it in your home.

Interesting concept, but I doubt it is in production. Batteries have not advanced enough to power something like this for very long. I’d say that the battery would die out in less than five minutes or that it wouldn’t be able to supply enough power for the micro chip (w/GPS), wing motors, leg-joint servos, a camera and a powered syringe. Neat idea, but this article is all hype.
FACEBOOK pages are not a “source” of legitimate information. Not saying your report isn’t factual, but you need more supporting links than just links to facebook accounts.
This may be good “theory”, but who will drive it and how would they “pay attention” at the critical moments? Might be used as one of a range of covert surveillance techniques, but I do not see it being very effective in the real world. Weather can be hazzardous for light flying objects. People have very sensitive skin so the window of opportunity for menace might be “seconds”. I could not see how the mainstream (Illuminati) could “sell it” into legislature. How much do they cost per unit? What is the unit per batch “success” rate? and so on……
